**Important Note:  According to the Florida Sunshine Law, public records are just that: PUBLIC RECORDS.  When I ask, in writing or over the phone for burial records of a cemetery, the owner or owners, are NOT allowed to ask why I want the records.  Also in the Florida Sunshine Law, the owner is not to DENY anyone the public records.

Hello and Welcome to this web-page.  I hope you will look through ALL of the pages that I have created to help you understand why I am doing what I am doing.

In June 2013 I began doing genealogy on my family.  While searching the internet for information that would be helpful for me in my search for my genealogy search, I found a website for cemeteries in my county.  After more research, I found that there are abandon and neglected cemeteries within my county.

On this note,  I found out through more research that Florida has laws in place where cemeteries need to be maintained and proper burial records need to be in place.

Since August, I have visited several cemeteries in my area.  Some are well kept up and others need some serious upkeep.  When I find cemeteries that are well kept, I write letters to the owner(s) to let them know that they are doing a good job, keeping the cemetery cleaned up.  When I find cemeteries that need some cleaning up, I send a letter with constructive criticism about cleaning up the cemetery they own.

On another page, you will read stories about my ventures or links to video's that I have posted.

I am only one person and I feel that I need to be a voice for those who are buried in the cemeteries (who can't speak for themselves) and for the families of those who have lost loved ones.

There are people doing genealogy research, from all over the United States and elsewhere.  Some wish to see the headstone's of their family members.  Here is a link to where you can join in finding headstones of your family members who have passed away:       http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=nm
